Cacao Bliss + Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
Chia pudding is the bomb. It's insanely healthy, it's super delicious, and (best of all) it's crazy easy to make! We have been busy in the kitchen perfecting our very own chia pudding recipe, made with Tonic Juicery Mylk. This is the perfect treat to sneak into the kiddo's back-to-school lunches, to take to work with you, or add to your smoothie bowls + parfaits.
Chia bliss pudding
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1 Cup Cacao Bliss Mylk
- Mix Chia Seeds and Cacao Bliss Mylk together so there are no clumps of seeds visisble
- Pour into a glass container
- Cover & refridegrate for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight
- Grab a spoon and dig in
