What makes Tonic Juicery different from a typical juicery is our process. Specifically, it's our choice of machinery. We use a hydraulic press that, unlike the commonly used centrifugal & masticating juicers, maintains the integrity of the fruits' and veggies' cellular structure. Our hydraulic presses maintain the temperature of the produce and limit oxidation by exerting thousands of pounds of pressure very slowly and completely. This process is not as taxing on the cell walls of fruits and vegetables as the other commonly used juicing methods. Tonic Juicery's cold press method yields the purest form of extracted juice with the highest density of nutrients and flavor, making sure that with every sip, you get all of the vital nutrients the whole plant has to offer.

Our beliefs are simple and straightforward: the best ingredients make the best juice. All of our produce is sourced from organic farms to provide the most nutrient dense and fresh juice available. All of our juices are pressed and bottled directly behind our sales area, allowing us to serve a live, enzyme packed, unpasteurized, fresh juice. Since our philosophy of sustainability is aimed not only at our planet but at our bodies as well, we believe in supporting organic farms and sourcing only 100% organic, non-GMO ingredients.

We bottle our juices in glass because it retains the flavor of the juice, and it's the safest material to drink from. Glass does not degrade or leach chemicals, and rather it keeps all the juice’s goodness intact. Please help us by returning your CLEAN bottles when you are done. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!
